Louroux-Bourbonnais ligt tussen Moulins en Montlucon. U kunt bij ons kamperen, een gîte of caravan huren. De Mathonière grenst aan een bos en de wandelroutes lopen langs het terrein. De omgeving is ook geschikt voor fietstochten. Prachtige tochten zijn te maken in het Fôret de Troncais dat op korte afstand ligt. Op 10 minuten afstand is er een natuurmeer met strand waar men kan zwemmen. Vele kastelen zijn er in de direkte omgeving te bezoeken. A coté de Mathonière il y a un bois et des randonnées commencent a notre maison. Dans les environs on peut faire des tours aux vélo. Pas loin il y a la Fôret de Troncais, parfait pour excursions divers. A une distance de 10 minutes il y a un étang avec une plage pour nager. On peut visiter beaucoup des châtaux.
