Cette ancienne ferme construite au 17ème siècle, se trouve près du village de Montréal ( [i]15 km de Carcassonne [/i]) et est entourée de 4 ha de terres avec des vues fantastiques sur les collines plantées de vignes et de tournesols. Nous avons 2 gites, Laurier et Mimosa.

The farm lies just outside the village of Montréal ( [i]15 km from Carcassonne [/i]) and is surrounded by 4 hectares of land with fantastic views of the rolling vinyards and sunflower fields.We have 2 cottages, Oleander 8-10 people and Mimosa 6-8 people. Both gites are perfect for both summer and winter lets. In summer you can swim and sunbade around the [b]heated pool [/b]and enjoy your al fresco meal on one of the many terraces.
